She studied economics, politics and law at Dublin City University (DCU) (2004-2006). After finishing college in 2007, she worked for a subsidiary of Citibank. In 2010, she completed a Masters in Media and Communications at DCU.〔 In 2010, she began to work in Leinster House with her father, who was then an opposition TD. She also worked with her father at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine when he was appointed Minister of State.
